Dedicated to Empathy and Excellence

Lehigh Valley Companion Care Homes (LVCCH) is more than just a home care organization; it’s a testament to the power of compassionate care and innovative approaches to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Founded by Registered Nurse Cynthia Kagai Libale, RN/BSN, LVCCH who leverages over a decade of healthcare expertise to provide a truly personalized and holistic care experience. Cynthia’s profound personal connection to the IDD and ASD community fuels LVCCH’s unwavering commitment to safety, high-quality care, and individualized care

Our approach goes beyond simply meeting basic needs. We strive to understand each individual’s unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations, tailoring our services to foster independence, growth, and a fulfilling life. This commitment extends to the families we serve, providing them with peace of mind and the resources they need to navigate the complexities of caring for a loved one with IDD or ASD.

LVCCH is currently experiencing significant growth and expansion, driven by our dedication to serving an ever-increasing number of individuals and families in need. This expansion allows us to broaden our reach and ensure that more people have access to the exceptional care that defines LVCCH. We are actively seeking opportunities to partner with community organizations and healthcare professionals to further enhance our services and impact.
