Lehigh Valley Companion Care Homes’ Residential Habilitation Service is dedicated to fostering independence among individuals with intellectual disabilities by helping them establish their own homes. The individuals we assist in this program have the autonomy to make choices regarding where and how they wish to reside, and we collaborate closely with them and their families to turn their housing aspirations into a reality.
Our tailored living environments prioritize the well-being and preferences of the individuals we support, providing them with the best opportunities to create the life they envision in a home of their selection and in a community they hold dear. As homeowners, they have control over their living situations, and we are here to provide them with the tools and assistance needed to thrive.
In collaboration with the individuals we assist, we create entirely personalized services that take into account their behavioral, psychiatric, social, and medical requirements, aiming to provide the utmost quality of support.
