Krystal King has over 10 years in the industry supporting individuals with disabilities. She plays a crucial role in promoting the well-being and growth of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism at LVCCH. With a focus on no more than 30 participants, she takes on diverse responsibilities. She coordinates their assessments, actively engages in implementing their individual support plans, supervises their daily activities, promotes their community integration, and maintains open lines of communication with families and relevant stakeholders. Moreover, she actively contributes to financial processes, facilitates seamless communication coordination, ensures licensing compliance, and participates in staff development activities.
