Armed with a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Youngstown State University, Lily combines her academic prowess with practical skills cultivated through a Master's of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University Global and a Bachelor's of Science in Communications with a concentration in Journalism from the University of Phoenix. Lily is also an Adjunct Professor at PITC Nursing College teaching Psychology and Sociology.

Lily's educational journey is further enriched by a Bucks County Community College Certification in Nurse Aide and a myriad of additional certifications, including Event & Wedding Planning, Human Resources Management, Special Education Needs, and CPR; First Aid. With over 7 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis as Behavior Specialist, Lily has honed her expertise in working with children and adults facing developmental, emotional, and intellectual disabilities. Her role involves comprehensive tasks such as behavior observation, data collection, case management, conflict resolution, and daily reporting to both employers and client guardians. Lily's proficiency extends to conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments, implementing Behavior Support Plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as 6100 and 6400.

In addition to her extensive background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Lily boasts over 10 years of experience assisting the elderly, including individuals with Dementia/Alzheimer's and those in memory care. Her responsibilities encompassed a wide range of activities, from bathing and food preparation to medication reminders and range of motion exercises. Lily's commitment to the well-being of her clients is evident through her CPR; First Aid certification.
