Waves for Fun 2025: Love, Care, Companionship — Just Add Water!
This August, the Lehigh Valley Companion Care Homes (LVCCH) family dove into summer fun at Kalahari Waterpark in Pennsylvania for their annual Family Fun Day — a day designed to celebrate the incredible bonds between the individuals they support, their families, and the dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who make LVCCH such a special place.
With this year’s theme, “Waves for Fun 2025 — Love, Care, Companionship: Just Add Water!”, the event perfectly captured the spirit of togetherness, joy, and the values that are at the heart of LVCCH.
A Splash of Togetherness
The day was filled with excitement as residents, staff, and family members arrived ready to make memories. The sight of smiling faces, laughter echoing off the water slides, and friends floating together in the lazy river created an atmosphere of pure happiness.
From the thrill of the water rides to the simple joy of relaxing in the sun, every moment was a reminder of how meaningful connection and companionship can be.
